Our approach is based on the PMI (Project Management Institute) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) and PRINCE2 and we have developed a scalable project management methodology, combining PMBoK and PRINCE2 into a workable, customisable and flexible project management approach, applicable to all types and sizes of projects and organisations.

 

Advalue Management Services also has a wealth of experience with recovering troubled projects and for this we have also developed a specific Project Recovery Methodology called AdPReP® (Advalue Project Recovery Process). This methodology allows us to quickly identify problems within projects and develop adequate corrective actions in a structured, logical and consistent way.
