ABOUT ADVALUE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Advalue Management Services is a specialist programme and project management consultancy with a wealth of experience in a variety of industries and countries. The company is owned and managed by Ad Blankestein who is a PMP and PRINCE2 certified programme/project manager with a wealth of international project and general management experience in a variety of industries.

Our approach is based on the PMI (Project Management Institute) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) and PRINCE2 and over the years we have developed a scalable project management methodology based on these two project management frameworks which can be applied to small and large/complex projects.

Not only are we experts in "normal" programme and project management, we are also experts in recovery of troubled projects and based on our experience in this area we have developed a specific project recovery approach (click here) which enables us to quickly identify problems, develop and execute corrective actions in a structured, logical and constistant manner, underpinned by PMBoK.

We are a proud member of the Project Management Institute which mission it is to improve project management practices and to enhance the project management profession.

If you would like to know more about our services, please feel free to contact us without any obligations by phone or email, or alternatively fill out and submit our online form (click here). We are more than happy to discuss how we can add value to your business and assist with realising real business benefits.
