Auckland District Health Board - Clinical Systems

In association with SIMPL - Programme management of:

• Electronic patient referral system for GP's to hospitals;
• Tender process, business case development, build and implementation of an electronic system for radiology referral and results sign-off;
• Business & requirements analysis and RFP process for an electronic patient; management and medical record system for oncology and haemophilia patients;
• Tender process, business case development, build and implementation of an electronic system for managing notifiable diseases, pandemic outbreaks and emergency responses.for the Auckland Regional Public Health Service;

ITL - Online Travel Systems & Process Improvements

Programme management of:

• Serko® Online Travel Booking System enhancement and implementation for a major external client;
• Business process redesign and implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO), ITIL compliant service processes and associated organisational & business process changes.

Immigration New Zealand - Development Online Systems

In association with SIMPL - Programme management of:

• Development, implementation and integration of "Working Holiday Online" system and associated organisational & business process changes;
• Development, implementation and integration of a new Health Screening and Assessment system. Programme included health legislation & policy changes and organisational & business process changes.

EDS - Several Projects Fonterra Account

In association with SIMPL - Project management of:

• Purchase, implementation and integration of a Fleet Management System nationwide for a dairy company in Australia featuring PDA dispatch system, GPRS communication, wireless networks, and central fleet management database integrated with ERP system;
• ICT infrastructure project - installation and configuration of CHRIS21 servers in Auckland and Christchurch.

Kinetiq - Utility Billing Systems

Operational management of:

• Design, development, implementation and integration of TOU C&I billing systems for energy retailers and network companies;
• Managing development, implementation, helpdesk and service bureau teams;
• Project office;
• Implementation of billing solutions at clients in Australia, Singapore, USA, UK and New Zealand.

BOTEC Botswana - Automatic Weather Station

• Consultancy re the development of an automatic solar powered weather observation system with telemetry data transfer.

KNMI Netherlands - Meteorological and aerodrome systems

Programme & project management of:

• Renewal/upgrade of automatic weather observation and detection systems nationwide;
• Installation of lightning detection systems;
• Automation of weather radar systems on Curacao and Saint Maarten;
• Installation of RVR systems and weather systems at aerodromes;
• Build of weather radar towers;
• Installation of weather radar systems;
• Build of new data centre;
• Data centre and office relocation.
